Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major credit cards (except American Express) which are processed on line by Nochex. We also accept payment by PayPal. All payments are made in GB£ (Sterling).
We will accept payment by Cheque which should be made payable to Cloud Management Limited and sent to PO Box 234, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 1ZP the goods will be dispatch to you when the payment has cleared.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All our orders are dispatched in plain LDPE polythene mailing bags. These are high strength, weatherproof and burst / puncture resistant with a permanent self seal closure - Plus they are 100% recyclable. Opened with a sharp pair of scissors they can safely be used for returning goods to us.
Credit Card Security
All credit cards are processed by Nochex or PayPal on their secure servers. They are not held in clear text on any website and we have no access to credit card numbers at any time.
Restricted access
Access to certain areas of our website is restricted.
We provide you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of our website or other content or services, you must ensure that that user ID and password is kept confidential.
We may disable your user ID and password in our sole discretion without notice or explanation.

Nattyniks do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
